The rolling label or maybe it's called cloud labels which is when the labels (the ones at the left of this) continuously move or when a person puts mouse on top of the it it rolls or moves.
It looks really cool, better then just a list of labels (or tags)

Are yours supose to be moving, becasue I'm not seeing them move??
I do think the link you gave is the right idea, I'm too scared to play with the HTML file in fear that I will wreck my entire page... is that what you did?
I've seen people have the labels actually move in circles, it's really neat!!
